Responsible for contractual activities associated with Tendering / Contract Management
Act as a focal point for all contractual matters to help reduce business risks whilst providing tendering support in the pursuit of new and existing work with a view to increase the company’s commercial benefits.
Provides contractual support to the designated projects including the tender, administration and maintenance of project specific contracts / sub contracts.
Coordinating the preparation and issue of pre-qualification, invitation to bid, evaluation and contract documents for project specific contracts
Prepare and Review contract agreement , subcontract agreement, letter of intent / award

ملخص المرشح المطلوب
Contracts engineer candidate with 3- 5 years’ experience in contracts and tenders development, in an oil/gas/construction or petrochemical industry. Working experience in Middle east is advantageous.Familiar with FIDIC or similar standard form of an EPC contract.Good knowledge of commercial frameworks, contract law, indemnity, liability and insurance provisions
